A mortgage branch office is a business all of its own. If we were comparing branch opportunities, one of the most important questions that we would ask is, "How Do You Help Me Do More Business"? All the branching companies can process your payroll and provide other back office functions, but most are far removed from the techniques of originating mortgages and developing proven methods for operating a profitable mortgage office.

Another question that we would ask branching companies, "Do You Currently Have Company Operated Mortgage Offices"? We think it is important to "walk the walk" successfully before you are entitled to "talk the talk". If you can't demonstrate operating multiple company offices each generating $5 Million plus loan volume per month, it is not clear how you can help new branch managers do the same?
